Welcome to Between Seasons. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By using this website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services (Print on Demand)

Between Seasons products are created using a print-on-demand (POD) model. This means each item is printed specifically for your order once it is placed.

Because of this:

All sales are considered final once production begins
Products may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the printing process
These variations are not considered defects

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation across devices.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed:

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days
Fulfillment and shipping timelines may vary based on location and carrier

You will receive tracking information once your order ships, when available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside of our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
There is a fulfillment error (wrong item or misprint)

To report an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to text, journal prompts, designs, graphics, logos, and product concepts—is the intellectual property of Between Seasons and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchase of a product does not grant permission to reproduce or resell the content.

7. Personal Use Disclaimer

Between Seasons is intended for personal reflection and journaling purposes only.

Our products and content:

Are not therapy
Are not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice
Do not replace licensed counseling or clinical support

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
