Thank you for supporting Between Seasons. Each book and journal is created especially for you using a print-on-demand process. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before entering production.

Because our products are printed on demand:

Orders begin production shortly after purchase
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started

Production & Fulfillment

Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Once your order is printed and prepared for shipment, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier.

Please note: production times may vary during high-volume seasons or holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times (after production):

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Your location
Shipping method selected
Order size and weight

Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, Between Seasons is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the issue

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are not included in the purchase price. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
