We hope Between Seasons meets you exactly where you are. Because this is a thoughtfully designed book and journal, we’ve put the following return policy in place to ensure fairness for all customers.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:

The book must be unused and unwritten in

It must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Once an item has been used or written in, it is no longer eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and reflective nature of this product, we cannot accept returns for:

Used or written-in books or journals

Items returned after 14 days

Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
